Below are some of are some of the frequently asked questions regarding our custom furniture service:
Custom Furniture Request Forms submitted will be evaluated by our sales team for quotation. If there are any clarifications, our sales team will reach out via mobile or email. Expect to receive a quotation within a week. To follow-up on your request, please email inquiry@mejore.ph.
Once a client agrees to a quotation, an order may be finalized through an email confirmation or signed job order or quotation and by paying at least 50% of the total price as downpayment. The remaining balance will need to be settled prior to delivery or pick-up of the item.
Our standard manufacturing lead time for custom orders is 60-90 days upon final approval of the construction drawings by the client. On peak seasons, lead time may take up to 120 days.
Our standard and default wood material is African mahogany. At the request of clients, other wood types can be used such as ash wood, maple, teak, oak, walnut, etc. Note that these wood types may come at a premium and in some cases may require additional lead time to procure.
Yes, we deliver outside Metro Manila through our partner freighting companies.
You may pay in cash, check or through credit card at our Makati Showroom;
Cash/Check deposit at or online cash transfer to BDO, BPI or Chinabank branches; or
Credit card payment via Paypal (no Paypal account required).
When client is ready to pay, we will provide additiional payment information.
Yes, we can provide sample finishes for custom orders.
Yes, we also use colored paint for our custom projects. Reach out to us for the options and specific finishes (e.g. glossy, matt, marbled, etc).
Mejore’s Warranty Policy includes 1 year product warranty against manufacturing and engineering defects only. The policy does not cover defects that may arise due to improper handling and usage of products. If a product requires service during the Warranty Period due to defective materials or workmanship, the company at its discretion will either repair or replace the product. This assumes that the product has been maintained and used properly for the purpose for which it was designed for. The warranty does not cover degradation that occurs due to normal usage like scratches on desks, wrinkles on upholstery etc.
