Return, Exchange, and Warranty Policy
1. Return and Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Return/Exchange
In compliance with Philippine law, customers are entitled to a return, exchange, or refund if the item delivered is:
Defective: The item has a factory defect or damage upon arrival.
Incorrect: The item delivered does not match the item ordered (e.g., wrong specification, size, or color from what was confirmed).
Damaged in Transit: Visible damage caused during the delivery process.
"Change of Mind"
Please note that in accordance with the DTI’s implementation of RA 7394, Mejore does not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of "Change of Mind." This includes instances where the customer simply dislikes the design after purchase, finds the item does not fit their space (unless dimensions provided by us were incorrect), or finds a lower price elsewhere.
Reporting Period
Please inspect your furniture immediately upon delivery.
Any visible defects or damages must be reported within 1 (one) week of receipt.
Reports should be sent to inquiry@mejore.ph with your Order Number and clear photos/videos of the defect.
2. Limited Warranty Policy
Mejore stands by the structural integrity of our designs. We provide a Limited Warranty specifically covering the engineering and craftsmanship of our furniture.
Coverage: Engineering & Structural Defects for furniture items
This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal household use for one (1) year from the date of delivery. Specifically, this covers:
Engineering Defects: Structural failures, joint separation, or instability resulting from the manufacturing process.
Wood Integrity: Splitting or cracking of wood that is not caused by environmental factors (e.g., extreme humidity or direct sunlight).
Remedy
If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, Mejore will, at its option:
Repair the furniture at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
Replace the item if the defect cannot be repaired.
Exclusions (What is NOT Covered)
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
Misuse or Abuse: Damages caused by improper use, such as standing on chairs, loading tables beyond weight capacity, or using indoor furniture outdoors.
Improper Care: Damage from the use of harsh chemicals, abrasives, or failure to follow care instructions.
Environmental Factors: Fading, cracking, or warping caused by prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, extreme heat (e.g., placed next to a heater), or uncontrolled humidity.
Normal Wear and Tear: Scratches, dents, fabric pilling, or softening of cushions that occur over time with regular use.
Unauthorized Modifications: Any repair or alteration made by a third party not authorized by Mejore.
3. How to File a Claim

Proof of Purchase (Official Receipt or Order Confirmation).
Photos or video clearly showing the defect or issue.
A brief description of how the damage occurred.
